Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jayko, we take pride in delivering high-quality products, with every order carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds once an order has been accepted upon delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon arrival and ensure everything meets expectations before accepting it.

If an order is not accepted upon delivery, only the applicable shipping costs will be charged.

We do, however, offer size exchanges only, to ensure the best possible fit. Exchange requests must comply with our conditions, and items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
