Refunds
At Jayko.clothing, we take pride in our quality and attention to detail. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions
Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for an exchange or store credit.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, limited edition drops, gift cards, personalized/custom pieces, and sold-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to request a return
1. Contact us at [jayko.clothing@gmail.com] or via Instagram with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or an exchange, depending on stock availability.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the items value.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead.
damaged items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
